Outlined below is what you can expect on your first visit with Austin Avenue Dental to ensure your experience is as comfortable and efficient as possible.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.

- A staff member will guide you to the consultation room.

- The dentist will perform a comprehensive dental examination which may include:
- Visual inspection of teeth and gums
- Oral cancer screening
- X-rays or other diagnostic imaging if necessary
- A dental hygienist may clean your teeth and provide oral hygiene instructions.
- The dentist will create a personalized treatment plan based on the examination findings.
- Schedule any recommended follow-up appointments or treatments.
- Discuss the frequency of regular check-ups, usually every six months.
- Proceed to the front desk to handle payment or insurance claims.
- Ensure you understand the costs and coverage before leaving the clinic.
- The clinic may provide aftercare instructions or support resources.
- Contact the clinic if you have any questions or concerns after your visit.
